The application will handle such information with great diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, the application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior consent. By agreeing to this Application Services Use Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted the entire content of this Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Application Service Agreement.

1. Scope of Application

(a) The personal registration information you provide when registering for an account as required by the app.

(b) Information automatically received and recorded by the app about your browser and computer when you use the App Network Service or access the App Platform webpage, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and web page records.

(c) User personal data obtained by the app from business partners through legal means.

You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:

(a) Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the app.

(b) Relevant information you collect within the app, including but not limited to activity participation, transaction information, and evaluation details.

(c) Actions taken against you for violating laws, this Code of Conduct, or relevant regulations.

2. Information Use

(a) The app will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have given prior permission, or the third party and the app (including its affiliates) jointly or separately provide services to you, and after the service ends, they are prohibited from accessing all such information.

(b) The app also does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell, or distribute your personal information by any means. Any user of the app platform found engaging in such activities will have their service agreement terminated immediately.

(c) For the purpose of serving you, the app may use the information you provide to send you information of interest, including but not limited to product and service updates, or share information with app partners so they can send you their product and service information (the latter requires your prior consent).

(f) In a transaction created on the app platform, if either party has performed or partially fulfilled transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, the app may provide the other party’s contact information to facilitate transaction completion or dispute resolution.

(g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by the app in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

Information and materials collected from you via the app will be stored on the app and/or its affiliates’ servers, which may be transmitted to, accessed, stored, and displayed outside your country or region where the information is collected.

5. Use of Cookies

(a) If you do not refuse cookies, the app may set or access cookies on your computer to enable login or use of cookie-based services or features. Yokee uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful and personalized services, including promotional services.

(b) You have the right to accept or reject cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, refusing cookies may prevent you from logging in or using certain app web services or features that rely on cookies.

(c) This policy applies to information obtained through cookies provided by the app.

6. Information Security

(a) Your application account has security protection. Please keep your username and password secure. The app will safeguard your information against loss, misuse, or alteration through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite these measures, please note that no “perfect security measures” exist on information networks.

(b) When using the app’s web services for online transactions, you may need to disclose personal information (such as contact details or postal addresses) to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and provide it only when necessary. If you discover a leak of your personal information—especially your app username or password—contact app customer service immediately so appropriate measures can be taken.
